　　2. 如果光纖激光切割設(shè)備的溫度高于5℃，激光水箱應(yīng)始終處于工作狀態(tài)。水箱的恒溫系統(tǒng)將保證光纖激光切割機(jī)的水系統(tǒng)始終處于水箱的設(shè)定溫度。如果發(fā)生停電，應(yīng)及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)。水箱內(nèi)裝滿防凍液，比例為3:7。加入防凍劑后，不凍可抵抗-20℃。但是，由于防凍液有一定的腐蝕性，所以請(qǐng)注意冬季后更換正常的冷卻水，并在此之前清洗整個(gè)航道，清洗防凍液;

　　1. 激光排水法:切斷水管后，將氣槍對(duì)準(zhǔn)出口吹水，排出激光內(nèi)部的水。

　　2、水箱排水方法:打開水箱下部排水閥，排水水箱，必要時(shí)可將水冷卻器傾斜一定角度，使出口為點(diǎn)。管道排水:用壓縮空氣分別從低溫水和高溫水的進(jìn)出口吹一分鐘，從水箱出口排水。泵頭排水:在每個(gè)泵頭的下部有一個(gè)水螺桿,當(dāng)水冷隊(duì)長(zhǎng)需要停止和運(yùn)輸時(shí)間,打開泵頭螺絲把所有的水水泵,更好使用壓縮空氣吹起來,然后水螺絲收緊。過濾器、deion罐排水:打開過濾器，deion罐下部排水閥或有機(jī)玻璃外殼可以排出剩余的水。
