1、選擇時(shí)要注意保麗龍雕刻機(jī)的雕刻電機(jī)功率有大小之分。選擇時(shí)要根據(jù)自己的用途選擇相應(yīng)的功率。大功率雕刻頭的雕刻機(jī)分為兩類(lèi)，一類(lèi)是大幅面切割機(jī)，幅面在一米以上，這種雕刻機(jī)的精度一般較差；另一類(lèi)是幅面適中的雕刻機(jī)，一般應(yīng)用于精細(xì)加工和有機(jī)標(biāo)牌制作。功率較小的雕刻機(jī)由于雕刻功率太小而大大影響了其應(yīng)用范圍，常用來(lái)做小型標(biāo)牌、雙色板、建筑模型、三維工藝品等材料的加工，這種工藝已流行一段時(shí)間。

2、雕刻不同的材料須用不同的雕刻頭轉(zhuǎn)速，所以要注意雕刻頭電機(jī)的速度可調(diào)范圍，若速度不可調(diào)或速度可調(diào)范圍較小，就說(shuō)明該雕刻機(jī)應(yīng)用范圍受到很大的限制。一般速度可調(diào)范圍是每分鐘幾千到三萬(wàn)轉(zhuǎn)。

5、控制器一般也分為兩類(lèi)：一類(lèi)控制器只是做驅(qū)動(dòng)，而其所有運(yùn)算工作由電腦來(lái)完成，在雕刻機(jī)工作時(shí)電腦處于等待狀態(tài)，無(wú)法進(jìn)行排版工作。另一類(lèi)控制器采用單板機(jī)或單片機(jī)控制，這種控制器實(shí)際上就是一臺(tái)電腦，所以只要雕刻機(jī)一開(kāi)始工作，電腦馬上就可以進(jìn)行其他排版工作，特別是較長(zhǎng)時(shí)間雕刻時(shí)，該優(yōu)勢(shì)特別明顯。

5. The controller is generally divided into two types: one is only used for driving, and all the calculation work is completed by the computer. When the engraving machine is working, the computer is in a waiting state and cannot carry out typesetting. The other kind of controller is controlled by single board computer or single chip microcomputer. This kind of controller is actually a computer, so as long as the engraving machine starts to work, the computer can immediately carry out other typesetting work, especially when carving for a long time, this advantage is particularly obvious.

6、注意絲桿和導(dǎo)軌，好的絲桿和導(dǎo)軌是雕刻機(jī)長(zhǎng)期使用時(shí)其精度和性能的保證。

6. Pay attention to the screw rod and guide rail. Good screw rod and guide rail guarantee the accuracy and performance of engraving machine when it is used for a long time.
