1、加工效率低：四工序數(shù)控開(kāi)料機(jī)支持四把刀自動(dòng)換刀功能。與雙工序排鉆開(kāi)料機(jī)相比較，無(wú)法多鉆頭同時(shí)打孔，做柜體加工效率比雙工序排鉆低很多。四工序數(shù)控開(kāi)料機(jī)柜體加工量一般為50-80張。而雙工序排鉆則是80-120張。與圓盤(pán)換刀加工相比較,換刀數(shù)量太少，如果做門(mén)板，單個(gè)門(mén)型四把刀夠用了，而面對(duì)不同客戶多種門(mén)板造型的話，四把刀數(shù)量遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不夠，加工效率和加工效果比木工加工低的多。

1. Low processing efficiency: four process CNC cutting machine supports automatic tool change function of four knives.
