保麗龍雕刻機(jī)不能正常工作時，一般是由以下原因造成的，操作者可以根據(jù)實(shí)際情況來判斷和解決。

(1)保麗龍雕刻機(jī)三軸中有一軸不能動，此時要檢查一下相應(yīng)全順保麗龍雕刻機(jī)軸所對應(yīng)的驅(qū)動塊是否損壞。檢查方法可使用替換法：將全順保麗龍雕刻機(jī)不動軸所對應(yīng)的航空插頭拔下插在其他能動軸所對應(yīng)的驅(qū)動上。

(2)保麗龍雕刻機(jī)如果交換后不動軸走動正常，則可說明該軸所對應(yīng)的驅(qū)動塊已損壞，需要更換好驅(qū)動塊。如果不動軸還是不行就說明電纜線或電機(jī)有故障更換電纜線或者電機(jī)。三軸均不能動。此時檢查一下三軸航空插頭是否已和控制箱連接好，控制箱電源是否已打開。數(shù)據(jù)線是否和控制箱和電腦主機(jī)中控制卡連接好。如果以上都正常，則請和全順保麗龍雕刻機(jī)授權(quán)維修點(diǎn)聯(lián)系。
