開料機(jī)能提率的可行性方法有哪些?

數(shù)控開料機(jī)要制定一個(gè)可行性效率高的工藝流程就要把握好以下幾項(xiàng)基本原則:

一、同步原則就是產(chǎn)品的零部件大方向以產(chǎn)品為單位,小方向以產(chǎn)品的單件包裝件數(shù)為單位,控制各零部件盡量同時(shí)或在盡可能小的時(shí)差內(nèi)達(dá)到包裝工序,避免包裝時(shí)等件現(xiàn)象這里面的內(nèi)容其實(shí)就是工藝流程表中的工時(shí)項(xiàng)目產(chǎn)品各零部件的工時(shí)要清晰準(zhǔn)確可操作性強(qiáng)綜合因素考慮得全到位
1、 The synchronization principle is that the general direction of the parts of the product is in the unit of the product, and the small direction is in the unit of the number of single packages of the product. Control the parts to reach the packaging process at the same time or within the time difference as small as possible, so as to avoid the phenomenon of parts during packaging. 二、順流原則盡量避免產(chǎn)品零部件在生產(chǎn)線上工序倒流,出現(xiàn)倒流現(xiàn)象會(huì)阻障其它零部件的正常流程,就像路上行駛的車流,使整個(gè)車間流程出現(xiàn)無序狀態(tài),不利于管理者的操控,這里的內(nèi)容就是工藝流程表里的工序排列順序其中的難點(diǎn)就是如何解決各零部件生產(chǎn)工序的交叉作業(yè)與同步到達(dá)的矛盾
2、 In the downstream principle, try to avoid the reverse flow of product parts in the production line. 三、充分性原則就是每道工序避免工序自身的浪費(fèi)比如:開料工序本來設(shè)備可以一次同時(shí)開料三塊板,而將其設(shè)計(jì)成兩塊板再如排鉆工序一塊板上的孔位本可以兩次可完,而你將其設(shè)計(jì)成三次或四次打完,這些都會(huì)產(chǎn)生工序自身的浪費(fèi)從而影響加工效率,要想做好這些一點(diǎn)就是相應(yīng)的工藝文件要全,也就是開料工序要有開料圖,而且要編制鋸路順序,排鉆工序要有鉆孔圖,而且要針對(duì)不同型號(hào)的排鉆有不同更優(yōu)化鉆孔方案,同時(shí)要結(jié)合工時(shí)去進(jìn)行操控
3、 The principle of sufficiency is to avoid the waste of each process itself. For example, in the blanking process, the equipment can cut three plates at the same time, but it is designed into two plates. In the row drilling process, the hole position on one plate can be finished twice, but you design it to be finished three or four times, which will lead to the waste of the process itself and affect the processing efficiency. The first thing to do well is to complete the corresponding process documents, In other words, there should be a cutting drawing for the cutting process, and the sawing sequence should be prepared. There should be a drilling drawing for the drilling process, and the drilling scheme should be optimized for different types of drilling. At the same time, it should be controlled in combination with the working hours
四、質(zhì)量原則任何工序在提高功效時(shí)都不能以犧牲產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量為代價(jià),因?yàn)楫a(chǎn)品質(zhì)量才是產(chǎn)品的生命,在保質(zhì)的前提下才能更大化的量產(chǎn)
4、 Quality principle no process can improve efficiency at the expense of product quality, because product quality is the life of the product, and mass production can be greater on the premise of quality assurance
五、漸進(jìn)原則一個(gè)好的工藝流程設(shè)計(jì)其實(shí)只是下一個(gè)更好的更好的流程設(shè)計(jì)的開端,工藝設(shè)計(jì)本身就是一個(gè)在實(shí)踐中不斷摸索不斷完善的過程,只有更好沒有更好。
