光纖切割機切割邊線的方法!

光纖激光切割機編制的程序不再需要手工修正,而是一個與理論刃口線完全一致的三維加工程序,可直接用于產(chǎn)品的切割。激光切割機將從激光器發(fā)射出的激光,經(jīng)光路系統(tǒng),聚焦成高功率密度的激光束。激光束照射到工件表面,使工件達到熔點或沸點,同時與光束同軸的高壓氣體將熔化或氣化金屬吹走。它可以保證切削過程中始終保持與實際切削刃狀態(tài)一致,不存在不能繪制的二維線。整個切割過程不需要人工干預,從源頭上保證產(chǎn)品的每一次加工都與數(shù)字化模型保持一致,使原來需要多次探索才能得到的切割邊線只完成3~4次。
