1. 在保麗龍雕刻機(jī)開機(jī)之前確定機(jī)床與計(jì)算機(jī)所有連接正常，然后打開機(jī)床電源和計(jì)算機(jī)電源。在系統(tǒng)啟動(dòng)完畢后，進(jìn)入NCStudio 數(shù)控系統(tǒng)。

1. Before starting the styrofoam engraving machine, make sure that all connections between the machine tool and the computer are normal, and then turn on the power supply of the machine tool and the computer. After the system is started, enter the NC studio NC system.

2。打開控制系統(tǒng)以后選擇"回機(jī)械原點(diǎn)"菜單。機(jī)床將自動(dòng)回到機(jī)械原點(diǎn)，并且校正系統(tǒng)坐標(biāo)系統(tǒng)。在某些情形下，如上次正常停機(jī)后，重新開機(jī)并繼續(xù)上次的操作，用戶不必執(zhí)行機(jī)械復(fù)位操作。NCStudio 系統(tǒng)在正常退出時(shí)，會保存當(dāng)前坐標(biāo)信息。另外，如果用戶確認(rèn)當(dāng)前位置正確，也可以不執(zhí)行此操作。

 

2。 After opening the control system, select the "return to mechanical origin" menu. The machine will automatically return to the mechanical origin and correct the system coordinate system. In some cases, for example, after the last normal shutdown, the user does not have to perform the mechanical reset operation after restarting and continuing the last operation. Ncstudio system will save the current coordinate information when it exits normally. In addition, if the user confirms that the current position is correct, this operation can not be performed.

3. 在加工之前，用戶一般要載入需要的加工程序，否則，一些與自動(dòng)加工有關(guān)的功能是無效的。選擇"打開(F)|打開(O)…"菜單，將彈出Windows標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的文件操作對話框，可以從中選擇要打開文件所在的驅(qū)動(dòng)器、路徑以及文件名。單擊"打開"按鈕后，加工程序就載入系統(tǒng)。

3. Before processing, the user generally needs to load the required processing program, otherwise, some functions related to automatic processing are invalid. Select open | open "Menu, the windows standard file operation dialog box will pop up, from which you can select the drive, path and file name where you want to open the file. After clicking the "open" button, the processing program is loaded into the system.

4. 確定工件原點(diǎn)，把保麗龍雕刻機(jī)的X、Y兩個(gè)方向手動(dòng)走到工件上的希望的原點(diǎn)位置，選擇"把當(dāng)前點(diǎn)設(shè)為工件原點(diǎn)"菜單，或者在坐標(biāo)窗口把當(dāng)前位置的坐標(biāo)值清零，這樣在執(zhí)行加工程序時(shí)就以當(dāng)前位置為起始點(diǎn)進(jìn)行加工。

4. Determine the origin of the workpiece, manually move the X and Y directions of the styrofoam engraving machine to the desired origin position on the workpiece, select the menu of "set the current point as the origin of the workpiece", or clear the coordinate value of the current position in the coordinate window, so that the processing can be carried out with the current position as the starting point when the processing program is executed.
