四工序開料機(jī)和直排加工都可以在加工中自動(dòng)更換合適刀型，但是四工序開料機(jī)，只有四臺(tái)主軸，而直排加工一般有8-12把刀刀庫，從加工角度出發(fā)，加工工序復(fù)雜的（超過四道工序的）建議選擇直排加工，如門板、柜門的加工，加工工序小于等于四道工序的，建議選擇四工序開料機(jī)，如柜體的加工；

有一些客戶是剛開始做家具廠，目前業(yè)務(wù)比較固定，而且，短期內(nèi)沒有擴(kuò)展業(yè)務(wù)范圍考慮的，藍(lán)象數(shù)控建議選擇四工序開料機(jī)，反之，半年到1年內(nèi)有業(yè)務(wù)擴(kuò)展計(jì)劃，建議選擇直排加工，避免業(yè)務(wù)擴(kuò)展后機(jī)器性能跟不上，而耽誤加工工期；
