一、四軸雕刻機(jī)和五軸雕刻機(jī)有什么區(qū)別
1、 What is the difference between four axis engraving machine and five axis engraving machine
普通雕刻機(jī)只有XYZ三個(gè)軸,同過(guò)在XYZ三軸上添加多一個(gè)旋轉(zhuǎn)軸的雕刻機(jī)稱為四軸雕刻機(jī),添加兩個(gè)旋轉(zhuǎn)軸的雕刻機(jī)叫五軸雕刻機(jī)。
The ordinary engraving machine has only three XYZ axes. The engraving machine with one more rotation axis on the XYZ three axis is called four axis engraving machine, and the engraving machine with two rotating axes is called five axis engraving machine.
四軸雕刻機(jī)有三種不同的添加旋轉(zhuǎn)軸,分別為A、B、C三種,A軸是繞X軸旋轉(zhuǎn)的軸,以此類推B軸對(duì)應(yīng)Y軸,C軸對(duì)應(yīng)Z軸。ABC這三個(gè)旋轉(zhuǎn)軸又叫做分度頭,四軸雕刻機(jī)即是三軸雕刻機(jī)上添加了一個(gè)分度頭,具體是添加在哪一條坐標(biāo)軸上就看客戶需求了。

五軸雕刻機(jī)跟四軸雕刻機(jī)有點(diǎn)相似,但是又不完全一樣。五軸雕刻機(jī)也是添加分度頭,但是也添加兩個(gè),而且還是在裝機(jī)過(guò)程中才能添加,意思就是無(wú)法在一臺(tái)完整的三軸雕刻機(jī)上直接添加到XYZ三個(gè)軸上。
Five axis engraving machine is similar to four axis engraving machine, but it is not exactly the same. Five axis engraving machine is also added dividing head, but also add two, and it can be added in the process of installation, which means that it can not be directly added to XYZ three axes on a complete three axis engraving machine.


與四軸雕刻機(jī)同理,五軸雕刻機(jī)只不過(guò)是在ABC三個(gè)旋轉(zhuǎn)軸上選其中兩個(gè),可以是AB、AC、BC。正是因?yàn)槲遢S雕刻機(jī)旋轉(zhuǎn)軸比四軸雕刻機(jī)多一個(gè),所以五軸雕刻機(jī)能加工的工件四軸雕刻機(jī)不一定能加工,而四軸雕刻機(jī)能加工的工件五軸雕刻機(jī)卻可以加工。

四軸雕刻機(jī)通過(guò)一個(gè)旋轉(zhuǎn)軸跟XYZ三個(gè)直線軸實(shí)現(xiàn)聯(lián)動(dòng)可以加工一些簡(jiǎn)單的曲面,而五軸雕刻機(jī)比四軸雕刻機(jī)多了一個(gè)分度頭,所以可以通過(guò)兩個(gè)旋轉(zhuǎn)軸和XYZ三個(gè)直線軸實(shí)現(xiàn)聯(lián)動(dòng),加工更復(fù)雜的空間曲面。我們鼎亞精機(jī)的所有型號(hào)的雕刻機(jī)都可以選配四軸或五軸。

二、四軸雕刻機(jī)和五軸雕刻機(jī)編程有什么區(qū)別

在編程方面,四軸雕刻機(jī)的編程跟五軸雕刻機(jī)的編程是有較大的區(qū)別的,四軸雕刻機(jī)加工工件時(shí),刀軸始終是朝著工件旋轉(zhuǎn)軸心線的,編程跟三軸雕刻機(jī)比較相似。
In terms of programming, there is a big difference between the programming of four axis engraving machine and that of five axis engraving machine. When the four axis engraving machine processes the workpiece, the cutter axis always rotates toward the axis line of the workpiece, and the programming is similar to that of the three axis engraving machine.
五軸雕刻機(jī)加工工件時(shí),由于刀具和工件在相互位置加工過(guò)程中隨時(shí)調(diào)整,例如加工螺旋槳一片時(shí),為了得到比較好的表面質(zhì)量,那就需要刀具和葉片表面夾角始終保持一致,也就是說(shuō)刀軸方向不斷改變,經(jīng)常需要手工進(jìn)行刀軸的插補(bǔ),在加工這些復(fù)雜的空間曲面時(shí)要考慮的參數(shù)比四軸雕刻機(jī)編程時(shí)多得多,而且對(duì)數(shù)控系統(tǒng)有較高的要求,如果使用一般的數(shù)控系統(tǒng)還會(huì)增加編程難度,影響機(jī)床精度,大多數(shù)五軸雕刻機(jī)使用的是三菱或者發(fā)那科的數(shù)控系統(tǒng),而四軸雕刻機(jī)則沒(méi)有這么高的要求。

Most of the five axis engraving machines use the CNC system of MITSUBISHI or fanco, while the four axis engraving machine does not have such high requirements.
